This year edition of the Grand Designs Live will take place at London’s ExCel from May 4^th to 12^th: like every year it’s sponsored by Anglian Home Improvements and it will be presented by British designer Kevin McCloud, who presented the Channel 4 series from which the Grand Designs Live has taken inspiration.

Grand Theatre has been chosen as the perfect venue to allow the public to meet and interact with the Grand Designers: from the same host Kevin McCloud to Grand Designs magazine editor Karen Stylianides to resident experts that will reveal the secrets behind the renovation projects seen in tv.

LIVE SELF BUILD

It’s an amazing opportunity to watch a love build take place thanks to Kevin McCloud and Studio Bark’s effort. They will use the U-Build concept, a revolutionary building process useful for its adaptiveness: it’s easy to utilize, it’s made of natural materials and even easier to deconstruct. The simplicity and flexibility behind the process make it the best solution for entire communities to build their own houses – without any help whatsoever!
